Before I kind of hack into the Future, it’ll be nice we look back into 2021 and previous years. Two things I can remember vividly about 2021, were the new ways of doing things such as Virtual meetings, online classes, web series, Digital marketing, etc and the Preventive measures against the virus Covid 19 i.e. Wearing of mask, Physical/Social Distancing, Sanitizing of hands, etc. Some of the complaint and pains endured in 2020 were somehow corrected or ignored in 2021 for the purpose of progress. Some People learned to survive hard times and to synergize with others to fight certain ills like theft, Corruption, poverty, hunger, etc while others remained in the quagmire, complaining and did nothing to enable change. Like Albert Einstein said “Insanity is when you want to solve a problem while you are still at the same state you were before the problem was created.” Change is eminent. First is change of mindset, Change of self, Change of practice and consequently Change of system
